1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing utilities on ShopiClean.com, you agree to comply with these terms. ShopiClean provides standalone, browser-executable catalog diagnostic and formatting tools intended for e-commerce inventory maintenance.
2. Software Usage & Client-Side Execution
ShopiClean operates on client-side memory execution. You are granted non-exclusive, personal access to parse, format, split, and sanitize inventory spreadsheets. Users are responsible for maintaining independent backup copies of their raw catalog files prior to applying automated formatting operations.
3. 14-Day Import Success Refund Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the utility of our software. If a CSV file processed by ShopiClean continues to receive structural rejections upon importing into standard Shopify stores, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To file a claim, email your order identifier, your input file, and the error notification from your Shopify admin to support@shopiclean.com. Verified unresolved errors are refunded promptly.
